Held on the 25th, 26th, and 27th of July, the Second Edition of the Youthalic Model United Nations at Springdays School, Vellore, was nothing short of a phenomenal success — a powerful testament to the growing movement of student diplomacy and purposeful engagement. With an even greater response than its inaugural edition, this year’s conference welcomed 300+ delegates across 10 dynamic committees, each brimming with passion, intellect, and the spirit of global citizenship.
The event was graced by the esteemed Tmt. V. R. Subbulaxmi, I.A.S, District Collector of Vellore, whose presence elevated the stature of the conference. In her inspiring address, she emphasized the power of youth in shaping the nation's future and applauded the initiative for empowering young voices through diplomacy and dialogue.
A proud milestone of the conference was the official launch of the Youthalic website, unveiled by Mrs. Ananthi Rajendiran, M.A., B.Ed, Principal of Springdays School. The launch marks a significant leap forward in Youthalic’s journey, digitally connecting its mission to schools, students, and changemakers across the nation and beyond.
Across the three impactful days, the committee rooms buzzed with high-level debate, negotiation, and collaboration. Delegates tackled critical international issues, honed their public speaking and policy-making skills, and cultivated the very qualities that define global leaders.
The grand closing ceremony honoured outstanding delegates who exemplified diplomacy, dedication, and vision — values that lie at the heart of every Youthalic initiative.
This second edition wasn’t just a continuation; it was an evolution. It proved that when given the right platform, young minds don’t just participate — they lead. And with this momentum, Youthalic stands stronger than ever in its mission to nurture the changemakers of tomorrow.
Here’s to the legacy of Youthalic MUNs — building leaders, one edition at a time.
